To rebuilt a 3 ft brick chimney with 2 flutes the average cost is around $3,000 to $4,000. The cost of chimney repair typically ranges from $1,000 to $5,000, and very rarely up to $10,000.

  • How long will it take to build my chimney?

    For one guy and a helper the time it takes us to do a small repair on a chimney is typically 1 day. For rebuilds it may take 4 to 5 days to complete construction of your new chimney.

  • What materials are used for chimney construction?

    The materials we most often use for chimneys is locally-sourced bricks of many shapes and sizes, as well as sealant for waterproofing.

  • Will my chimney need maintenance?

    To maintain your brick chimney we recommend pressure washing, especially if there are trees around, and if your chimney extends to the ground level outside of the house it's best to ensure no tree roots are growing there. We also recommend resealing the chimney every so often to prevent water damage. Applying sealant every two years is fine, and we can also restore and repoint any bricks as needed over the decades.
